Student conditions
1- To complete the necessary number of hours to start the training as determined by the department
2- Exceeding field training requirements of materials, if any
3- Approval of the department for the students training
4- Completing the training and registration procedures on the site

Standards to be achieved in the training entity
1- The training organization should be a reliable institution

 2- It should be one of the institutions related to the trainee’s specialization
 3- The training organization should provide a training and follow-up supervisor for the trainees
4- The training organization should provide continuous communication methods with the field training office
5- The training authority should allow continuous visits during working hours by the university

 6- The training authority shall provide all the means of training and education necessary for the trainee
